We will never purchase from Moon Valley again. After spending a significant amount of money with this company, we have had an unacceptable number of plants and trees decline or die before ever reaching maturity. We started with Moon Valley in October 2024 with a simple goal: landscaping that would provide privacy and look good year-round. Instead, we have spent an unreasonable amount of money repeatedly replacing plants and trees that were supposed to be long-term investments. To be fair, Moon Valley did replace plants for free while they were covered under the one-year warranty. However, what is the value of that warranty when the replacements themselves continue to decline or die? These are plants and trees that are supposed to last for decades, yet we can’t seem to get them to survive long enough to even mature. Replacing them over and over doesn’t address the underlying problem. We have followed the care instructions exactly as provided and have reached out whenever something starts to decline. Unfortunately, the response has been extremely frustrating. Instead of actually diagnosing why the plants are failing, the solution seems to consistently be: spend more money on anoth

We had a great experience! As first-time tree buyers, we had no idea where to start, but Chase Hertel took the time to give us a tour, answer all of our questions, and help us choose beautiful trees for our yard. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend this nursery, and be sure to ask for Chase!

We had a great experience with Moon Valley Nursery. We bought six trees and 56 plants in late May, and everything was installed on July 6. Jake, our sales associate, was great. He took my wife and me around the nursery, looking at all kinds of trees and plants, and really took the time to help us figure out what would work best for our yard. Daniel, who led the installation crew, was on top of everything. The crew had all six trees and 56 plants installed in just a few hours, left no mess behind, and everything was exactly where it was supposed to be when they finished. Great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We bought some beautiful plants here for the deck around our pool and had a great experience. Jake was helpful and friendly from the moment my husband called to the moment we left with our purchases. He was patient with our nonstop questions and very knowledgeable about all the plants. The nursery is gorgeous and every staff member was kind and offered us help. We have 3 kiddos who keep us busy but they had toys for them to play with, treats for them to eat, and even gave them fish food for the koi. We also felt the prices we paid were fair. We will definitely be back to purchase more and would recommend Moon Valley Nursery.

We went in Moon Valley with a vision for our front flower beds and were greeted right away with smiles and bottled waters. Our questions were answered and we were shown around to pick our plants. We were extremely pleased with the professional opinions of the staff and condition of the plants we purchased. We used delivery and when some of our plants were left out accidentally, Tiffany loaded them up and brought them herself! We have been back several times as we needed to add a few things after we planted what we had already bought. Everyone we worked with was fantastic! Mo helped us with all our 🌳 and greenhouse plant needs. Then Jake helped us load it all up (including the heavy 🐸) and hunt down the last tree available on the lot we wanted! Superb job all around and reasonably priced with financing options. Highly recommend 💚
